By providing a safe and collaborative space for thoughtful conversation, she focuses on understanding your struggle through your eyes. If you are seeking support to heal from the past, navigate a challenging time, or looking to make positive changes, she is here to help you on your journey. Ashleigh works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, to help people move forward with clarity and a sense of purpose. 

 

With 20 years of experience as a school counsellor and teacher, coupled with her role as a mother of three teenagers, Ashleigh is uniquely positioned to assist families as they navigate the complexities of relationships, school dynamics, and life’s twists and turns.

 

Ashleigh possesses an easy warmth and a sense of compassion which allows her to form strong connections across all ages. She sees the best in people and thrives on helping others advance their lives and find peace in even the most challenging circumstances. 

 

Ashleigh's approach centers on identifying personal values, strengths, and goals. She collaborates with her clients to develop skills that enable them to address challenging thoughts, emotions, and feelings; empowering meaningful change.
