Ashleigh works with youth, adults, couples, and families to help people move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
With 20 years of experience as a high school counsellor, teacher, and youth coach, along with her role as a mother of three teenagers, Ashleigh brings a deep understanding of adolescent development, school systems, family dynamics, and life transitions. She connects naturally with young people while also supporting adults, parents, and couples through periods of stress, change, and emotional overwhelm.
Ashleigh also has specialized training supporting firefighters, first responders, healthcare workers, and individuals working in high-stress professions.
Ashleigh possesses an easy warmth and genuine sense of compassion that allows her to build strong connections across all ages. She sees the best in people and is passionate about helping others move toward greater peace, self-understanding, and emotional wellbeing, even during life’s most difficult moments.
Her approach focuses on identifying personal strengths, values, and goals while developing practical strategies to navigate challenging thoughts, emotions, and experiences in everyday life.
