Couples & Relationship Counselling
Our relationship counselling provides a collaborative and supportive environment for individuals seeking to improve connection or clarify their relationship. Family Counselling
Our family counselling offers a platform to resolve conflict, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. By fostering understanding and empathy, these sessions empower families to navigate challenges together, enhance connection, and create a supportive environment for each family member to reach their full potential. Neurodivergent Counselling
Our counsellors recognize and respect neurological differences, such as ADHD, dyslexia, and autism, as natural variations rather than disorders. We honor and celebrate the diverse ways people experience and engage with the world.

Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) Counselling
The Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) is a counselling program funded by the B.C. government to provide financial assistance to individuals seeking counselling after a traumatic event. *The CVAP funding covers a portion of our fees ($135.00 per session). For clients that are able, our counsellors request that clients pay the remainder of their standard session. If you have received CVAP funding approval and would like to start counseling with us, please reach out to connect with a counselor for a free consultation and to schedule your first session.

If you or an immediate family member have been a victim or witness to violence, including physical and sexual assault in BC, you may be eligible for financial assistance to cover the cost of counselling through CVAP. Victim's Service workers are available to help you apply for CVAP funding and to answer your questions. If you’re not sure if you have been a victim of crime, you can call VictimLinkBC at 1-800-563-0808 for assistance.
We are approved by the Crime Victim's Assistance Program and offer CVAP funded counselling.​
Parent Coaching
Parenting is one of the hardest jobs any of us will ever have. As parents of multiple children, we understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed by the task of parenting. We offer non-judgemental, empathic, and practical support.

Adoption Counselling
Our approach is trauma and attachment informed, rooted in an understanding of the complexities of adoption as well as the unique needs of each individual. We understand the impact of adoption on relationships and challenges that arise as adoptees navigate their own identity and their connection with others.

Children who have experienced early loss and separation from their family of origin, need specialized parenting. It takes a village to raise a child and we can be part of your village. We are here to support you to develop the skills you need to become the parent that your child needs.

We have extensive experience in adoption that spans more than two decades, working directly with birth families, adoptive parents, and adopted children.
