Natasha was originally trained as a lawyer and her background includes mediation, adoption, counselling, and co-parenting expertise. Natasha is the mother of four teenagers and as an approved infant foster parent, has considerable experience parenting infants through to adulthood. She not only understands the challenges of parenthood but also the struggles that adolescents and young adults are faced with. Her non-judgemental approach is grounded in empathy and compassion, creating a safe space to explore past experiences and gain valuable insight.

With her genuine care and deep empathy, Natasha listens attentively to her clients' concerns to ensure therapy is a collaborative process in which clients feel empowered and heard.

Natasha has dedicated the last decade to helping parents strengthen their connection with their children and navigate relationship challenges. She works collaboratively with teens, adults, couples, and families to identify and achieve their goals to live a more fulfilling life.
